Pof Firo requested a roster of the NPCs presently aboard the Sea Lynx, so here it finally is! Since everyone is crammed together within the small enclosed confines of a ship, it makes sense for the PCs to have probably seen many of these people around at least in passing, and after a week or two at sea it wouldn't be difficult to find out some very basic information about who they are. So players are welcome to use this information as they like!
Sea Lynx Crew
a gangling, black-haired sailor - Wasi, First Mate of the Sea Lynx
Wasi is a Sirdabi sailor who came over from the Greenest Dolphin, and was picked by Captain Inaya to be First Mate of the Sea Lynx.
a rickety roguish old woman - Goody Angold, Navigator of the Sea Lynx
Goody (short for Goodwoman) Angold is a Yehani resident of St. Loomis who joined the Sea Lynx. She has many many years of seafaring experience and has even sailed close to the Eye.
a fair-haired fellow with muscular arms - Kelber Steadyhand, Helmsman of the Sea Lynx
Also from St. Loomis, Kelber has extensive family back in that town.
a darkly-tanned crewmate - Hektor, Boatswain of the Sea Lynx
Hektor followed Inaya from the Greenest Dolphin and is now boatswain of the Sea Lynx, which means he supervises the deck crew. He drags his right leg when he walks, following an injury suffered in the wreck of the Dolphin, but he's a tough guy.
a softly plump honey-blond youth - Cordy? Gordy?, ordinary seaman
Nobody knows much about this lowliest of new sailors (a lot aren't even quite sure what name it was he muttered at them on first acquaintance), but most assume he is a runaway, maybe from an apprenticeship back in St. Loomis.
Mistwatch Contingent
a brown-eyed bearded sergeant - Gaerth Staller, Sergeant of the Mistwatch
Sergeant Staller is in charge of the Mistwatch contingent and their lamp aboard the Sea Lynx. He has command of the three lower-ranked Mistwatch soldiers who are also on the ship (currently VNPCs only).
The Prince Regent's Entourage
a dark laughing-eyed nobleman with a scar-marked chin - Demetrius Estevarre, Prince Regent of Innithel
Having had himself crowned Prince Regent of the newly-declared Principality of Innithel this past New Year's Day, Demetrius is that tiny land's envoy, emissary, and negotiator of diplomatic and commercial treaties with the ship's intended destination of Raziya. He often doesn't look entirely well, and it's rumored that supposedly the Sea Lynx has some kind of "special" "connection" to him. Weird.
a lazy-eyed brava with short titian tresses - Marcella
Marcella is Prince Demetrius's swordswoman bodyguard. She is capable of very menacing airs and never, ever speaks.
a stocky footman with greying brown hair - Heward
Heward is Prince Demetrius's valet, despite the fact that he seems disconcertingly peasant-like for such a position. He is a native of Greyleigh Hundred (a hundred being the smallest noble landholding in Ensor).
a stormy-eyed woman with seal brown hair - Diakonissa Ronat, ship's chaplain
Though technically part of the Prince Regent's entourage, Ronat is a diakonissa (i.e., a female deacon) in the Kalentic Church and serves as chaplain for the Sea Lynx. She also has charge of the ship's infirmary.
