For the week of 9/13:

• The Hall of Weaving in the Bazaar of the Nine Winds now is home to two really-truly-actual clothing shops: Radiant Sun Men's Wear and Resplendent Moon Women's Wear. Currently they have stock in an assortment of undergarments, patterned sirwaal, some accessories, and a few other things. Better still, they each offer a tailoring pattern book for placing custom orders. Hooray!
• Also, both of the attendents in these shops can train the Tailoring and Mercantilism skills.

There were several new kinds of clothing items I was planning on adding and most likely still will at some point, but for now I'm just pushing out what I had completed up to this point. These are middle-to-lower-high-end shops, so I'll still have to put in a lower-end one when I can.
