Captain Paldeo of the Greenest Dolphin has let the entire crew know that the thief amongst them, Mizzi, will be flogged on the following day after noon. The Captain has confiscated two items: a crate of heqet, and a trunk of expensive clothing, which he is keeping locked in his cabin until the rightful owners come to claim them.
Mizzi can be found chained to the mainmast meanwhile, suffering unhappily, though he seems no stranger to these types of punishments.
