"Several townies have been gossiping over the 'woman in red' or so they call that foreign devil Alisayde wench that the fisherfolk brought in along with the recent group of better-known Kalentoi sailing crew. There's an old legend of a Bloody Lady, who may or may not be connected with deep crime in the country's heartland, and apparently one of Keely's new sin-stained hangabouts was seen with the red wench in the Seaglass, scheming together in that dark corner for quite a while... and the good folk of St Loomis are drawn to wonder, thusly, if all crime in Ensor can be perhaps lain at th feet of foreign Alisayde evil?!"
