Around St Loomis area, one might hear through the grapevine: "Did you hear about those furreners lingering near the unfinished galley? That artist and Otty Smythe's apprentice hauled an easel and paints right up to the hull. They weren't shooed away as they didn't seem to be trying to vandalize anything but were...painting bells?
