"A tall, red-headed fellow seems to have gotten into a brawl with two toughs along Via Fortuna, and got that ink-eyed man involved! He and the shorter, ink-eyed man were later seen dining at Salwan's, apparently enjoying some food while the thugs were recovering. Afterwards, the red-headed fellow is said to have dragged the two thugs down the street and up to the White City. Kind of seemed like the first fight was in self-defense, but people are saying he just walked up to the second tough and started choking him out without provocation?"
