Just a Couple More Drunks on the Docks?

Very late in the night what looks to be a particularly well-sauced pair of drunks come reeling down the wharf from the direction of the fish market. A sight like this would ordinarily be too common to attract much notice, except that this is such a *distinctive* pair of drunks. The spindly and towering frame of the first looks so much like that strange Amunati scholar who hangs out at the Jolly Osprey that no one who's seen him can believe it's anyone else. The other -- and seemingly by far the more drunk of the two judging by how unsteadily he lurches along -- looks like -- but no, can it be, really? -- that barbarian prince from across the sea, also a distinctive and frequent sight in the district. It might be a bit hard to credit, but there's no doubt as they stagger off into the darkness that their destination is the strange foreign ship moored at the end of the Pier of Stars. People out on the wharf at night know when (and who) to leave well enough alone, but it makes for an enjoyable round of gossip to start another busy day on the docks with.
