I just copied and pasted directly from my browser, but I also tried going to those URLs and it's giving me errors. Not sure what I did wrong. 0.o BUT, if you go to the main website, under 'Guide' you can get to the wiki :)
25-12-28 01: 34:52-05 [-] a rawboned, sandy-haired lad: Fantastic! Hopefully that helps to give you an initial starting point, but also feel free to ask as many questions as you have here, we're happy to at least attempt to help
25-12-28 01: 35:43-05 [-] Triskelion: Now I must do the 'learn all the lore and select a province' battle
25-12-28 01: 37:37-05 [-] a rawboned, sandy-haired lad: A formidable foe! The "Heritage" page on the wiki has quick and dirty rundowns on each heritage, to get you started with that
25-12-28 01: 38:06-05 [-] an austere Sirdabi woman with copper eyes: It's a lot of information, for sure! Under the Heritage page, note the ones that are asterisked are the ones available to start, so that does narrow down the options a lot, which is hopefully helpful.
25-12-28 01: 40:11-05 [-] Triskelion: Thanks, that is indeed pretty helpful
25-12-28 05: 52:48-05 [-] Triskelion: Does the gender appearance norms thing matter much or should I not overthink it
25-12-28 06: 13:44-05 [-] a rawboned, sandy-haired lad: Belatedly, if you're still there, just do what feels right for your character, it doesn't matter hugely unless you want to make "disguising your character as the opposide gender" part of your story/gameplay. As I understand it, the closer to 0 you get, the easier it is to disguise as the opposite gender with clothing etc (If your character is a female who's at 2 and you wear clothing that is +3 male, then you tip over into presenting as male with he/him pronouns)
25-12-28 06: 28:42-05 [-] Triskelion: Appreciated and good to know. I'm also wondering why 'tinkering' specifically is part of the default knowledge seeker package, and whether there's a synergy there I'm not aware of.
25-12-28 06: 31:26-05 [-] a rawboned, sandy-haired lad: That is a very good question, and not something I have any knowledge of unfortunately, I'm sorry. However, I can tell you that Mistsparrow and Pilgrim are both incredibly lovely, and if you create your character and then realize you've made mistakes in picking your skills, you can petition to swap or reassign.
