Please try again, or EXIT the menu." does that mean I need to personally know/have met someone in advance of sending them a message? Or does it simply mean I've got their name wrong/they don't exist? It seems to imply that I need to have them recognized codedly perhaps.

No I do not know if the name I was given is first or last, so that might be the problem, or this person might not exist codedly perhaps. I'm trying to suss out what it might be before moving on to bothering admins about it :]
